ITEMS OF BUSINESS:
1. <*dv_0*>Campus Planning Committee Report: Commitment cards are beingreturned and forwarded to the fund raisers. Small group and individual meetings are going well.
2. Fence Installation: Thefence is going up. Discussionensued on reflectors to make the fence more visible at night, and on the effecton traffic patterns as the Pasewalk construction project closes the streetlater this year.
REPORTS
1. Pastor Maurer: Pastorreported on the Touch Tomorrow Today program, Confirmation, First Communion,and Eighth Grade graduation. An Evaluating Ministry workshop of planned by the District thismonth. Mr. Hakes has begun anAssimilation Committee for new members and new confirmands.
2. Mr. Weber; Thereport by the accreditation team is anticipated to be unanimously in favor ofapproval. That formaldetermination is expected in the near future. Mr. Weber reported on the record high achievement scores bythe students, increasing Kindergarten registration, the April FacultyConvention, and the upcoming non-member meetings for the Touch Tomorrow Todayprogram.
