<*dv_2*>

1.            Campus PlanningCommittee Report:       Aconcept drawing was submitted by the architectural firm that shows a two-floorexpansion of the school to the north. This concept does not require purchasing temporary classroom space.  It ties in most easily to the existingHVAC systems. It incorporates the lower level of the old school for use asmusic and cafeteria space, and the upper level as storage.  <*dv_0*>It is not practical to modify the upperlevel of the old school to comply with occupancy and safety codes.  Concerns were presented on thecondition of the old school and the cost of bringing its general condition upto an acceptable level for continued use.

2.            Security Fence Project:        Ananonymous donor has offered to purchase a security fence for the west boundaryof the parking lot.  <*dv_1*>Mr. Weberindicated there are safety issues with both pedestrian and automobile trafficthrough the lot when our students are present.  Concerns were voiced on the appearance of the proposed 7 ft.high chain link fence.  A motionwas made and approved, to move this issue to the voters at the next earliestopportunity.  Estimates for thefence run between $7,112 and $11,080.

3.            Special Voters Meeting:        ASpecial Voters Meeting is needed on March 17th, to get directionfrom the Voters on the concept plan presented by the Architects.  Motion was made and approved to holdthe voters meeting on March 17th.  The meeting will include two items; 1) the concept plan, and2) the security fence issue.
