<*dv_1*>National Youth Gathering Participants,

It's just under 10 months from now, but will be here before youknow it.  As of last evening's cutoff, 30 students and 6 adultsponsors have signed up to head for Orlando this next summer. If you are receiving this e-mail, you are one of those going.

Yesterday evening, our 6 adult counselors met (myself, Mark andRhonda Miller, Renee Praeuner, Donna Wolff, and David Mann).  Wesorted through the 25 hotels available and made our top 10picks.  We also divided the 30 students into 4 Family Groups(this is NOT a hotel room list).  Your Family Groups will eachmeet 3 times before we leave next July (beginning in January) toprepare for this trip (each meeting should last about an hour). The week before we leave, we'll have a student/parent potluck withthe last minute details.  We are all very excited about what iscoming for us.

<*dv_0*>I have e-mail addresses for 31 of the 36 people who will begoing.  Here's where I could use your help.  If you havethe e-mail addresses for any of the following people, please forwardthem on to me:  Sonya Brandt, Nick Monk, Justin Freudenberg,Ashley Barritt, or Lacy Colvey.  That will help me tremendouslyin getting them information that they will need (as you arereceiving) as quickly as is possible.

<*dv_2*>I plan to begin a newsletter once we receive our groupconfirmation and find out which hotel we have been placed in (I wouldexpect this late in November or sometime in December).  Includedwith this newsletter will be more information about our FamilyGroups, a 15 page guide to the 7 Orlando theme parks that we canchoose from to visit on the Friday that we are there (including aselection sheet), and other information that should really get youfired up for this incredible experience.  Thanks for yourinterest, and let's begin the countdown!
