Christ Lutheran School has enlisted the help ofConfidential Financial Aid (CFA) in the administration of the studentassistance this year.

You will <*dv_2*>not return a financial aid form tothe school but instead must fill out a form which can bepicked up at the school office and then mailed to CFA. Anotheroption is to fill out the form online at CFA's websitehttp://www.online-cfa.com.

The written form can be mailed or faxed to CFA and costs $18.00to process. This requires a check made out to Development TestingServices. <*dv_0*>This should be postmarked by July 12th.

The online form can be accessedhere<*dv_1*> and costs$15.00 to process + $1.95 if you are not a member of Paypal. This ischarged to your credit card. Online application should becompleted by July 18th. You will need the following information:

password: cfanow

school number: 15536 (this is required after logging in)

Regardless of how you apply, you mustreturn a copy of your 2002 IRS form 1040 to the school by July18th.
